The Minnesota Cancer Alliance hosted Cancer Summit 2009 on November 17 at Hotel Sofitel in Bloomington. Health care professionals,
community outreach workers, advocates and survivors attended this working
meeting.
Keynote speaker Jim Chase, Minnesota Community Measurement president,
provided an overview of cancer screening data, including how data can impact
coalitions to take action.

Journey” survivor story from Ruth Edstrom
Working sessions – including
colorectal cancer, prostate cancer and quality of life initiatives – to
highlight new projects, identify resources and accelerate progress
